About La Digue
The island of La Digue is the fourth largest inhabited island of the Seychelles in dimensions, as well as the third largest with regards to population. La Digue has an area of about 10 km². and a population close to 2,000. Almost all of the habitants of La Digue live in villages on the western side of the island called La Passe, and La Reunion. La Digue is among the most pristine and traditional islands within the entire archipelago.
